Car went in because it was dropping telephone call when the radio took over and then moving the idrive button the call would sometimes reconnect. They updated idrive but the issue still remains which is very frustrating.

completely satisfied with everything but would have been a 5 star but the person who washed and hoovered the car didn't hoover the boot ...this has happened a few times now. Not sure why as the boot is part of the car...this is the one little thing.

First visit pointed out issues I was partly aware of, requiring ordering of parts. This was carries out efficiently and the work completed whilst I waited.

Only slight issue was that I was provided one price on the phone, then a higher one upon arrival. The customer service representative was able to take this away and still charged me what I was quoted over the phone, so no issue in the end.

Milly really looked after me, service went smoothly. It was finished within the time estimate I was given. I was provided a quiet place to work whilst my car was being serviced and offered refreshments several times. Parking was tricky on arrival.

Workshop provides excellent support and work. Communication, I find not really effective, to the extent that, because of proximity of where I live to the garage, I visit personally to contact the service desk, who provide a very satisfactory service.

The experience was mixed. The sales representative was very helpful and pleasant. However the the wrong number plate was put on the vehicle which was discovered later.. The dealer rectified this promptly but I had to change my plans that week.
