The whole experience at Marshall Hampshire, Hook was a pleasant experience. My circumstances changed from my initial enquiry, resulting in the need for a different type of vehicle. This was handled very well by the Sales Executive.

Whilst the purpose of the visit (cosmetic repair) was carried out well, the overall experience was pretty average. The vehicle interior was hoovered biut the dashboard and saloon area wasnt cleaned. The boot wasnt cleaned or hoovered.

Have had car from new from what was woods of Odiham who where took over by Marshall's. Up to this car always traded in Every 3 years . But going back then Marshall's not as good So my opinion not changed
