I sent my car with only a little chip on my windscreen and when I picked it up, it had two long cracks in the screen. I tried to talk to Millie but she asked me to contact road side assistant & ask for photo pre drop! They referred me back to Marshal

I could not get through on the phone which just rang no answer, also I asked for the missing tail gate stop to be replaced and it was not. loan car is now £30 where it was free last time. I asked for a print ok of the work done and was refused saying
